County Attorney

The County Attorney is a full-time county employee of the Board of County Commissioners. The County Attorney provides legal services and representation to the Board of County Commissioners as well as the County Coordinator, county departments and quasi-judicial and advisory boards appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The County Attorney also handles legal actions for and against the county as approved and directed by the Board, and oversees the services of outside legal counsel retained by the Board.
