The Levy County Soil and Water Conservation Board’s mission is to deliver natural resources conservation technology and education to local land users and to promote the best land use and management practices that will conserve, improve, and sustain the natural environment of Levy County. The Board also works with the schools throughout the county with various projects such as land judging, speaking, and poster contests. The Soil and Water Conservation Board office is located in the USDA Service Center in Bronson. The District also includes Gilchrist and Dixie Counties.
