The Levy County Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for maintaining and administering the Comprehensive Plan and Chapter 50 of the Land Development Code for Unincorporated Levy County. We handle all land use amendments, change of zoning, special exceptions, conditional uses, subdivisions (land splitting/division) and variance petitions.
